Jan Wyant brings a wealth of HR, talent management, and coaching experience into her professional practice. She has over 40 years of experience in Human Resources, having served in HR Leadership and Executive Coaching roles at DRS Technologies, Deloitte, Putnam Investments, Fleet Financial Group, University of California, and The Salk Institute. She has led both Management and Leadership Coaching as well as talent management initiatives. Jan has coached over 100 client leaders to enhance executive performance.

She possesses skill in the areas of Learning, (curriculum development as well as presentation), recruiting, internal consulting, performance management, career and leadership development coaching, team building, change management, and succession planning. She has excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral, presentation and written communication skills with demonstrated project management, planning and problem solving abilities.
Jan has developed and conducted workshops on a variety of topics including Effective Teaming, Performance Management, Coach Approach, Covey’s First Three Habits, Personal Branding, Leveraging Your Personality Type, Career Anchors and Managing Your Career.
While at Deloitte, Jan attended 28 months of graduate level work to achieve her Core Essentials Coach Certification.
