Elizabeth Alman, PhD, is a Presentations and Executive Communications Coach with over 15 years of experience. She specializes in addressing performance issues within the areas of vocal production, business communications, and use of speech - from small group and team environments to large audience presentations. Integrating intelligence, humor and knowledge, she is particularly interested in helping clients realize their authentic manner of communication.
Dr. Alman has coached clients from various professions including the Congressional, Department of State and Department of Defense community, members of multi-national organizations, and practitioners in the fields of health care, law, science, journalism, education, investment banking, and public relations. Most recent clients include Applied Predictive Technologies, MasterCard, Brattle Group, Cornerstone, and NPR. Also specializing in teaching theatre performance courses, she is currently a Master Teaching Artist at the Shakespeare Theatre Company and has been on faculty at George Mason University, University of Maryland-College Park, Catholic University of America, University of Maryland- Baltimore County and George Washington University through the Academy of Classical Acting.
