Elizabeth Alman, PhD, is an Executive Presence and Leadership Coach with 20 years’ experience in corporate training, individual coaching, academic lecture facilitation, team building, and executive development. She specializes in addressing performance and personal branding goals within the context of vocal production, executive communications, executive style, and use of speech as a dynamic tool for conveying authority, authenticity and persuasion - from small group and team environments to large audience presentations. Integrating intelligence, humor and knowledge, she is particularly interested in helping clients realize their authentic manner of communication.
Dr. Alman has coached clients globally from individual contributors to C-level executives of various backgrounds and professional aspirations, including the Congressional, Department of State and Department of Defense community, members of multi-national organizations, and practitioners in the fields of health care, law, science, journalism, education, investment banking, and public relations. Recent coaching engagements have included the support of litigation and economic consulting clients seeking to prepare for deposition, assuming new and challenging leadership roles, improving upon management style and collaborative team communications, reconciling challenges with culture fit, and establishing personal brand in new roles.
